Order and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure the rights of every customer, we hereby explain the following return and exchange policy:

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled: Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

  2. Product Returns and Exchanges: Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately / within seven days of receiving the product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and process it accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@vastworld.com.hk. Please note that for both returns and exchanges, you will need to send the item prepaid or bring it in person to our after-sales service center.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
