Delivery Methods
Courier Delivery: SF Express ensures your order is delivered safely and promptly.
Delivery Coverage: We support delivery across Hong Kong, with some remote areas possibly requiring additional delivery time.

Delivery Methods
For orders totaling HKD 799 or more, we offer free standard delivery.
For orders totaling less than HKD 799, a standard delivery fee of HKD 40 will be charged.

Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 business days after order confirmation.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.

Other Information

1. Delivery service in Hong Kong is available for commercial and residential addresses, but not for P.O. Box addresses.

2. Delivery services may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location, or other factors. A new delivery time will be arranged.

3. After payment is completed, we will arrange for dispatch as soon as possible during business hours. Once the goods are dispatched, customers will receive an email from the system at the email address provided, notifying them of the package's dispatch date and tracking number.

4. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the customer may request redelivery, and the cost of redelivery will be borne by the recipient.

5. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept the delivery or request to return it to the sender.

6. The delivery address for the goods will be based on the address provided by the customer. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

7. If the items or quantity received do not match the order, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the package is lost or damaged during delivery by the logistics company, we will seek compensation from them. Cases reported after the deadline may not receive further assistance.
